Charity Fundraiser

A couple of my friends had a very serious car accident while they were taking a few years out to travel across Australia. They suffered very serious injuries and the family had to fly out at short notice to be with them. A fundraiser was planned to raise money for the families. Many things were offered as auction and raffle prizes. I decided to offer my services, painting both Everton and Liverpool murals to be auctioned. (Vowing that the Liverpool crest was a one off!!!)

Both crests were auctioned as part of a prize bundle, alongside signed shirts and signed posters. All together they helped raise a grand total of nearly £1000. The night was a huge success, hosted by Radio City DJ Kev Seed and ex-Liverpool player John Barnes, raising a whopping £10,000 on the night! Thanks to Kev Seed running a phone-in on his breakfast show, and the people of Merseyside putting their hands in their pockets, that amount doubled!! It was an incredible night, with everybody joining together to raise as much as possible for a lovely couple!
